Cordisco & Saile LLC focuses on providing trusted guidance, personalized support, and strong advocacy to help clients move forward after serious injuries.
Role Description The Litigation Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in Trevose, PA. This position supports attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including case intake, file management, and trial preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and maintaining case files, drafting and filing legal documents, communicating with clients, medical providers, courts, and opposing counsel, and tracking case deadlines. The Litigation Paralegal will assist with discovery responses, medical record review, settlement documentation, and trial notebooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaboration with attorneys and other team members is essential to provide efficient, high-quality support to clients and the litigation team.
Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting complaints, discovery requests, and correspondence.
Candidates should possess skills in Document Review, including analyzing medical records, accident reports, and discovery materials.
Candidates should possess skills in Legal Research, including researching case law, statutes, and court rules relevant to personal injury litigation.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and managing Pleadings and Motions, including filing documents with state and federal courts.
Preferably 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury or related practice areas.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with law firm case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.
