Head of Operations **URGENT**

Join Our Team as an Operations Manager at theTru by Hilton Burlington!
Oversee daily operations of Guest Services and Breakfast, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
Participate in the hotel’s reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance.
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
2+ years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory roles.
Proficiency in property management systems.
