As a Registered Nurse at ClearSky, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a setting designed to promote optimal healing and recovery. You'll care for patients requiring comprehensive rehabilitation after complex medical events—helping them prevent complications, restore function, and adapt to new challenges.

Deliver skilled, evidence-based nursing care using the full nursing process

Develop, update, and carry out individualized care plans

Monitor, document, and report patient conditions

Coordinate and delegate care to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/Techs

Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned

Respond swiftly to emergencies (Code Blue, Rapid Response)

Promote safety, infection control, and compliance with TJC & CMS standards

This role is ideal for nurses who value autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships.

Current RN license (State of FL)

• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• ACLS preferred (required for Charge Nurse roles)
• 1+ year of experience preferred (acute care a plus)
• Visual and auditory acuity for patient assessment

Fine motor skills to operate equipment and documentation tools
