FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL

WC Smith

WC Smith is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Grandview Village . This role is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and customer service support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the management office. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the property team, supporting office operations, resident services, special projects, and business priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, and discretion. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL:

  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and office activities as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of reports, files, notices, and other administrative documents.
  • Order and maintain office and maintenance supplies.
  • Enter and maintain resident and prospect information in Yardi.
  • Assist with leasing activities, resident retention efforts, move-ins, and move-outs as needed.
  • Support special projects and operational priorities as assigned.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to fair housing, equal employment, and diversity policies at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least three years of administrative, customer service, or property management experience.
  • Prior Yardi experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
