REMOTE Business Litigation Attorney

Luther Lanard, PC is a boutique law firm based in Newport Beach, CA, specializing in Franchise law. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a remote full-time litigation attorney with at least 4 years of business litigation experience (experience in Franchise law is a plus, but not required), managing your own caseload and taking cases to trial. We provide structured training and mentorship to get you up to speed.

Candidates should be able to work full-time and be local to anywhere in Southern California.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Own Your Cases

• Independently handle litigation and pre-lawsuit dispute matters from initial client contact through resolution.
• Identify claims and help clients navigate their options with clear, strategic advice.
• Draft demand letters, motions, settlement agreements, and other critical documents.
• Effectively confer with franchisors and opposing counsel.
• Set and manage client expectations with professionalism and clarity.
• Develop cases for trial and arbitration hearings.
