Recruiting Coordinator*

• Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM Start Time*
• We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator* to join a respected healthcare organization and play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and partnering with leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned openings

• Create and manage job postings across internal and external recruiting platforms
• Review applications and ensure candidate records are complete and accurate
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Arrange candidate travel and accommodations as needed
• Maintain recruiting calendars and assist with workforce planning activities
• Support temporary staffing and contingent workforce hiring needs
• Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams)
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, employees, and external partners

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.
• Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
