CNC

Lathe Machinist for our state-of-the-art, 50,000 sq/ft climate-controlled facility.
Complete full setup, programming (using M & G codes), and operation of multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes.
Quality & Precision: Perform first-article inspections, document dimensions for ISO standards, and use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Maintenance & Safety: Run warm-up programs and perform routine pre-shift machine maintenance to keep production running safely and efficiently.
Full proficiency in M & G code programming and complete CNC machine setup.
Ready to grow your career with a flat organizational structure where your impact is recognized? shift: Ability to program with M & G codes, fully set up, and operate the CNC machines.
Ability to produce first article inspection part and document dimensions for ISO.
Ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges and other measurement instruments to ensure parts meets specifications.

Machine Setup and Operations (2 years of experience is preferred)
