Remote Human Resources HR Rep
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting HR services and talent acquisition coordination, the part-time Human Resources Representative will manage background check processes, respond to inquiries from various levels of associates, and assist with recruiting and onboarding efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Monitors HR inboxes and responds to inquiries, escalating issues as necessary
Coordinates recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures
Conducts background check adjudications, validating applicant credentials and communicating outcomes to hiring managers
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
1-3 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of current background check laws and processes
