We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Recruiter to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, identify, and secure top talent for our residential construction projects. The recruiter will serve as a liaison between hiring managers and third-party recruiting agencies while managing candidate pipelines for key roles. This position is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management
Partner with third-party recruiters to source qualified candidates for various residential construction roles, including project engineers, superintendents, and administrative staff.
Creating partnerships within the community to support a long-term candidate pipeline, to include trade schools, colleges, resource centers, etc.
Proactively maintain a robust pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
Hiring Manager Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
Provide hiring managers with candidate shortlists, schedules for interviews, and feedback from third-party recruiters.
Recruitment Process Management
Oversee the interview scheduling process and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep records organized and up to date.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of recruitment processes and third-party partnerships.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) Lever and HR software NetSuite.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

Experience working with third-party recruiters or staffing agencies.
