Bilingual HR Recruiting Generalist
FirstService Residential
FirstService Residential is seeking an HR administrative assistant in a hybrid role based out of Miami, FL. You will support the HR function, handle routine inquiries, and assist with recruitment activities, HRIS data entry, and new hire processes.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 1-2 years HR experience, strong communication, and meticulous organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with comprehensive benefits and 401k matching available.
