Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Flexi-motion Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our onsite team in Stockton, California. Our center spans 5,000 square feet, equipped with advanced sports medicine technology and a supportive environment that prioritizes each patient's unique rehabilitation journey. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, ensuring personalized attention and tailored approaches to therapy.

Imagine working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will join a close-knit team, composed of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs and goals.

Manage a patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring effective and timely interventions.

Monitor patient progress, modifying care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Document all patient interactions and treatment modalities in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure all aspects of the patient's recovery are addressed.

Encourage and motivate patients throughout their journey to recovery, fostering adherence to therapy goals and overall wellness initiatives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments regularly and adjust protocols as needed to maximize mobility and minimize reliance on medications or surgeries.

Our center specializes in orthopedic outpatient care, serving a diverse range of patients, including athletes and those recovering from surgeries or injuries. We focus on providing individualized care for patients striving to restore their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical function. Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

State licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with no history of board actions or disciplinary measures.

Advanced knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to enhance efficiency in patient documentation. ()

Experience with manual therapy and the development of personalized exercise regimens for diverse patient needs.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team, promoting a supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
