What You'll Do as Our Director of Development
Lead annual fundraising initiatives, campaigns, special events, and development projects that advance our mission and achieve annual revenue goals.
Cultivate and grow a portfolio of individual donors while identifying and engaging prospective major donors who are passionate about expanding our community impact.
Strengthen donor relationships through thoughtful stewardship, personalized communication, and meaningful engagement that inspires long-term support.
Represent Good Samaritan Services at community events, donor meetings, presentations, and partnership opportunities, serving as a trusted ambassador for our mission.
Support our upcoming transformational capital campaign by coordinating fundraising efforts, engaging donors, and helping drive campaign success.
Collaborate with our Chief Advancement Officer and a talented team of development, marketing, grant writing, and engagement professionals to align fundraising strategies with organizational priorities.
Champion our culture of compassion, collaboration, stewardship, and accountability while contributing to organization-wide initiatives that strengthen our impact throughout the communities we serve.
