Job Description Position: HR Analyst
Immediate interview
Minimum of two years of HR Reporting experience
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel to include but not be limited to: Simple Navigation: Tabs, Ribbon, Save, Protect, Email, Copy, Paste (all, Formats, Values), Find, Replace b. Filter, Sorting e. Simple Graphs Most function on the Insert, Data, and View Tabs a. Ability to Problem solve to get expected results (using resources such as Excel Help and Google) c. Moderately Complex Pivots including multiple fields i. Moderately Complex Graphs including multiple fields
Interacts with business clients compiling project data
• Analyses trends to identify opportunities for HR and recommends solutions.
