Machine Minder (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Franklin. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of medical components essential for surgical procedures.
A leading manufacturer specializing in precision metal components, this company produces high-quality parts for the automotive industry using advanced stamping and manufacturing processes. ~Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm )
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery to assemble delicate medical parts according to precise specifications.
Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks on assembled components, ensuring adherence to strict quality control standards.
Maintain accurate production records and log sheets as required.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality deviations to supervisory staff.
Adhere to all safety protocols, cleanroom procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift.
Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
Demonstrated proficiency in operating production machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience within the medical device manufacturing industry is a plus.
Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
