Support hiring efforts tied to market expansion and new geographic growth
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualifi ed talent
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with hiring goals
- Craft thoughtful outreach messages to attract both active and passive candidates
- Track candidate activity and sourcing efforts in recruiting systems

1+ years of sourcing or recruiting or HR experience, INTERNSHIPS WELCOME!!
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
