Conduct routine as well as advanced clinical laboratory tests, such as chemistry and immunology, following established protocols closely.

Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out necessary maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for assessment as required.

Comprehensively document all laboratory procedures, provide training to new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality assurance standards.

Ensure a clean and secure working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science is required, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration within healthcare teams.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation processes.
