• Support specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of procedures performed, assist in onboarding new team members, and maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a safe and clean laboratory environment while strictly observing regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Essentials

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout your career with us.
