Head of Recruiting & HR

Ferretti Search

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and supporting the development and execution of people strategies that align with organizational goals. This role will manage key HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. In addition, this position will partner with leaders across the organization to drive employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and support workforce planning initiatives.
Collaborate with mid-level leaders to identify business opportunities related to the talent cycle, including headcount planning, talent acquisition, performance management, development, and more.
Partner with HR centers of excellence to identify trends and inform strategic HR initiatives.
Consult with subject matter experts to address challenges affecting business performance.
Identify and analyze business issues, evaluate data, and develop effective solutions.
Possess a strong understanding of adult development, learning, and performance improvement principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
