RN L&D/OB OR - Weekends

Labor & Delivery Nurse – Perinatal

Schedule: Weekend requirement: every other weekend. Must commit to working 3 of these 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of obstetric/L&D experience. Valid RN license in California. Current certifications: AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, FHM. LA Fire Card within the last 30 days. Experience with fetal heart monitoring and high-risk antepartum care.

Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor fetal heart rates and assess high-risk antepartum patients. Assist/scrub for C-sections and support vaginal deliveries. Provide newborn care at delivery. Float to postpartum as needed.

Compliance / Notes: References: Two references covering one year within the last three years (charge RN/lead acceptable). Requested time off (RTO) must be included at submission. All travelers expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
