HR Generalist ASAP!

HR Coordinator
Join our dynamic team where you will play a critical role in supporting our Student & Grads recruiting efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment in McLean, VA, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator role or at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products
At least 2 years of project management experience
Experience interpreting metrics, trends, and survey data to support decisions
At least 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience with full lifecycle recruiting
Deliver systems-based recruiting management for our Student & Grads recruiting team, including requisition management, scheduling, and offer creation
Support system-based remediation efforts and monitor issues occurring throughout the recruiting funnel
Support ongoing efforts of data proficiency for the Horizontal Operations team
Assist with preparing and distributing ad-hoc reporting, data pulls
Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs
Flexibility with hybrid work model
Supportive team culture with a focus on personal and professional growth
