Receptionist/Switchboard (Temp)

Location : Newport Beach, CA
Pay Range: $22.00- $23.72/hr
Duration : Temp to hire
Hours : 8-5pm, 1 hours lunch M-F
Summary:
The ideal candidate should have experience delivering high quality guest interactions, both over the phone and in person.
The customer has very high expectations (similar to that of a law firm), so we need someone who is:
Attentive and detail oriented
Approachable and professional
Experienced in a polished, professional office environment
Including Proficient to Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable representing the customer's brand through exceptional service
Duties include:
Answering and transferring calls
Greeting and badging visitors
Using Easy Lobby to manage visitors
Skills / Experience:
Experience in a receptionist role is ideal
Experience in a professional office environment
Does not need to have admin experience
Must be familiar with MS O365 Suite - Proficient in Outlook - Email, Calendarizing. As well as Intermediate Skill level in Word, Excel, and PPT.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent .
Excellent organizational and communications skills
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Good communications skills
