Head of Accounting & Treasury

We are looking for a Director of Global Revenue Accounting to lead and elevate our clients global revenue accounting function at a pivotal stage in the company's growth and operational maturity. This role owns the revenue accounting agenda across the controllership organization, from deal review through close through audit support, and partners closely with the business as new products, packaging models, and sales channels come to market.

Own the revenue accounting agenda across the controllership organization

Manage revenue-related reconciliations, analysis, and the control environment around revenue and contract accounting

Partner cross-functionally on new products, packaging models, and sales channels, surfacing accounting implications early

Serve as a trusted advisor across Deal Desk, Legal, Billing, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Business Technology

Combine technical accounting judgment with practical, solution-oriented business partnership

Identify and implement AI-powered efficiencies to improve quality, speed, and insight across the function

Deep expertise in US GAAP and ASC 606, including non-standard terms, contract modifications, variable consideration, services, reseller and channel structures, and multi-element arrangements

Strong command of revenue accounting in a multi-entity, multi-currency, global environment

A track record of driving AI-powered efficiency and process improvement in revenue accounting

Strong technical writing skills, including position papers, technical memos, and policy guidance

Experience helping launch new products, commercial models, or sales channels from an accounting perspective

Credibility as a cross-functional business partner, with the communication skills to make complex accounting clear and influence decisions

Significant progressive experience in revenue accounting within a high-growth software or SaaS company

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, CPA strongly preferred
