Virtual Insurance Professional

Position Overview We are seeking experienced, licensed insurance agents to join a growing national sales team. This is a full-time, fully remote position supporting a well-established agency in an active growth phase.

The position offers an hourly base that scales with production, alongside uncapped commission and weekly pay.

Manage the application and enrollment process from initial contact through completion

Health insurance license in your resident state (Florida applicants: Multi-state or non-resident licensing preferred

Prior insurance sales experience preferred

Proficiency in English required; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Competitive hourly base with uncapped commission — hourly rate increases with production, reaching $25/hour at 15 deals

Weekly pay

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM [time zone]

Performance incentives and production bonuses

Fully remote — work from anywhere in the United States
