Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager supports all human resources functions for Delta Hotels Woodbridge and Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center . Based primarily at Delta Hotels Woodbridge, this hybrid position partners closely with hotel leadership and Corporate Human Resources to ensure compliance, support associate engagement, and maintain effective HR operations across both properties. This role requires prior hospitality HR and payroll experience in a unionized hotel environment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.

Serve as a resource for associates and managers regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters.

Coordinate recruitment efforts, orientation programs, and employee engagement activities.

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS and related systems.

Monitor compliance with federal, state, local, and union regulations.

Generate HR reports and workforce analytics to support operational decision-making.

Partner with Corporate HR on policy implementation, compliance initiatives, and training programs

Minimum three (3) years of hotel human resources experience.

Experience administering HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data.

Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations practices, and HR compliance requirements.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across two hotel operations.

Branded, full-service hotel experience in preferred.
