The Technical Service Representative will provide advanced support and guidance by diagnosing issues, delivering solutions, and helping service teams improve their technical capabilities. Develop structured diagnostic approaches for mechanical, electrical, and software-related technical concerns.

Analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and provide accurate resolutions to service personnel.

Deliver remote troubleshooting and technical assistance through phone and online support channels.

Document conditions, causes, and corrective actions clearly within service management systems.

Coach and support service teams by sharing technical knowledge and improving troubleshooting capabilities.

Identify opportunities to improve service performance indicators and operational processes.

Provide day-to-day support for hardware and software systems, escalating complex issues when needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Completion of a post-secondary program focused on motorcycle diagnostics and repair preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as a motorcycle maintenance and repair technician.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and technical issues.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
