HVAC Dispatcher - Full Time

Job Title: HVAC Dispatcher / Coordinator
Experience: 5+ years office experience (HVAC service dispatching preferred)

We're hiring an HVAC Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to manage scheduling, technician dispatch, and day-to-day communication between our field teams, customers, and project partners. This is a critical role that keeps operations running smoothly, ensures accurate project coordination, and maintains strong customer relationships - including support on special projects work.

Prioritize incoming service tickets and dispatch field technicians accordingly
Schedule preventive maintenance visits, repairs, and equipment startups
Act as liaison between the office and assigned field technicians
Customer Relations
Follow up on customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Materials & Resource Management
~ Order and track job materials

Special Projects Support
Align workflow with general contractors and subcontractors
Coordinate billing and vendor invoicing with the Project Manager and Foreman
3+ years of office coordination or dispatching experience (HVAC or trades preferred)

• Strong communication skills and professional customer service approach
• Familiarity with HVAC service operations and terminology a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
