One Dashboard, Zero Doubts: Real-Time Budget Control in Recruitment

At Jooble, we believe that as recruitment becomes more complex, your tools should become more streamlined.

To stay ahead of the 2026 market trends, we’ve taken our reporting ecosystem to the next level. We have unified our key statistical and financial insights into a single, high-performance command center. We’ve created a seamless “source of truth” that empowers your team to make faster, smarter hiring decisions.

Here is a look at how we’ve elevated our dashboard to sharpen your recruitment strategy.

The Daily Map and the Hourly Pulse

We’ve consolidated everything into two clear environments, keeping the logic precise so you always know exactly which data to trust for which task.

  • Overall Statistics (Your Daily Strategy Map): Think of this as your high-level performance guide. It updates every 24 hours at 12:00 UTC and gives you the big picture of your project’s health. This view provides a deep historical perspective, allowing you to track performance trends for the current month and the previous 11 months.

  • Financial Data (Your Hourly Pulse): This is your precision tool for billing and budgets. Because this data is used for financial reporting and invoicing, it updates every hour, adding data from the very last 60 minutes.

What is a “Source of Truth”? In data management, this is the one place you can trust for final numbers. Because our Financial Data updates hourly and matches your invoices exactly, it is your ultimate benchmark for budget audits and final reporting.

One of the most powerful features of our new interface is the drill-down capability. Within the Financial Data tab, you aren’t stuck with a single view. Using the built-in Looker arrows (located on the right side of the charts), you can instantly toggle your view between hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly intervals.

Using the built-in Looker arrows (located on the right side of the charts), you can instantly toggle your view between hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly intervals.

Why it matters: You can pinpoint the exact hours or days when your candidate activity peaks, giving you the precision needed to optimize your recruitment timing and budget allocation.

Pro Tip: If you see a minor difference (up to 1%) in click-related metrics between the two tabs, don’t worry. This is a normal technical deviation caused by the different refresh cycles (hourly vs. daily). For your final financial audits, the Financial Data tab remains the definitive source.

Spotting the “Silent” Problems: Not Promoted Jobs

In a high-volume market, being “active” isn’t enough — you need to be visible. But here’s the reality: many companies are losing money on “ghost vacancies” that exist in the system but never reach a single candidate.

To solve this, we’ve introduced a new KPI that acts as a financial audit for your recruitment funnel: Not Promoted Jobs. This metric identifies active roles with a bid that has fallen below the platform’s minimum requirement.

Not Promoted Jobs. This metric identifies active roles with a bid that has fallen below the platform’s minimum requirement.

How this saves your budget and boosts ROI:

  • Stop the “Invisible” Spend: Why wait weeks to realize a job isn’t getting seen? This KPI instantly flags “underfueled” vacancies, preventing you from wasting time on ads that have zero chance of conversion.
  • Surgical Budget Reallocation: Instead of simply increasing your total spend, this metric allows for precision movement. You can identify “over-performing” roles and reallocate that budget to the “Not Promoted” jobs that actually need the boost. It’s about spending smarter, not more.
  • Winning the Bidding War: The market is dynamic. A bid that worked on Monday might be too low by Wednesday. This early warning system allows you to adjust your bids to the exact minimum required for visibility, ensuring you never overpay while staying ahead of the competition.

The Atomic View: Zooming into Job-Level Stats

For clients with high-complexity recruitment needs, we offer an Advanced Feature: Job-Level Statistics. This is a powerful tool available upon request, designed for those who need to see beyond the big picture.

Now, you don’t just see “total clicks.” You can filter your performance by Campaign, Region, or Category (with 25 main categories and dozens of sub-categories).

Why it matters: Want to see how your night-shift warehouse roles are performing in Warsaw compared to Krakow? Just a couple of clicks, and the data is there.

Note: To keep the system fast and the data relevant, we currently store these granular details for the current and previous month.

Visual Intelligence: Your Intuitive Budget Coach

We wanted to make budget management more intuitive. Instead of just reading rows of numbers, you can now see your spending dynamics in real-time through visual cues.

The “Purple” Progress Bar calculates your spend against the total project budget. To keep your overall financial health in focus, this bar always reflects your total project-level budget, even when you apply filters to view a specific individual campaign.

If your spending exceeds your current budget allocation, the bar turns purple. It’s an instant visual cue that it’s time to adjust your strategy.

To ensure your dashboard remains clean, our charts automatically highlight your top 10 most investment-heavy campaigns.

Why it matters: Any remaining campaigns are neatly consolidated into an “Other Campaigns” category. This prioritization helps you focus on your primary cost drivers without getting lost in a sea of low-volume data.

Heatmaps and Gradients: In our data tables, we’ve added color gradients. The brighter the color, the higher the number – allowing you to spot top-performing campaigns in seconds without reading every row.

The Candidate Journey: From Click to Hire

The dashboard is intelligent enough to adapt to how you work with us, whether you use the CPC (Cost Per Click) or Apply on Jooble (CPA) model.

CPC vs. CPA

  • CPC Model: Focused on traffic. You track Impressions, Clicks, and Cost Per Click.
  • CPA Model: Focused on results. You track total Applies and the Cost Per Apply.

For projects with conversion tracking enabled, the dashboard now reveals the entire candidate journey. You can monitor your Conversion Rate (%) and see exactly where candidates drop off through our visual funnel: from the Initial Page and Apply Start to Apply Finish and Registration.

Why it matters: If candidates are starting an application but not finishing, you’ll know exactly where to take action—whether it’s tweaking a job description or simplifying your application form.

No Paywalls, Just Clarity

Being a data-driven company means we don’t hide your own analytics behind a paywall. We believe that Open Access to data is the only way to build a long-term partnership.

While our platform uses Looker’s powerful engine, we’ve added static info tooltips for every metric. If you’re ever unsure how a metric like CPA or Spend is calculated, just hover over the description for a clear, instant explanation.
