Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of vital tasks, including but not limited to:

• Supporting licensed therapists in scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments.

• Conducting supervision sessions while collaborating with site supervisors to optimize client care.
\n
• Participating actively in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies for improving client outcomes.
\n
• Identifying and utilizing agency resources, services, and systems to enhance care delivery.
\n
• Completing orientation and training on agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
\n
• Preparing for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting necessary research into client issues.
\n
• Engaging in small group supervision and participating in seminars, including reviewing recorded sessions and relevant literature.
\n
• Maintaining accurate client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to standards.
\n
• Coordinating care with partner agencies and conducting visits to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Researching and implementing best practices for various client assignments and projects as directed.
\n
• Consulting with clients and collaborating with other professionals to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Writing detailed case notes, client assessments, and evaluations to track progress and inform ongoing treatment plans.

• Contributing actively to the development and revision of clients' Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs).

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Valid social work license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a recognized third-party service.

• A demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients through strong clinical skills.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
