Senior Solutions Architect

Role Description

This is a remote position.

• Seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to support systems serving OPM users, migration to cloud-based and agile operations.
• Designs end-to-end technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Creates architectural blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Evaluates and selects appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
• Ensures solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
• Conducts proof of concepts and technical feasibility assessments.
• Collaborates with development teams on implementation approaches.
• Reviews and approves technical designs and code architecture.
• Addresses non-functional requirements including security, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS or related + 8-10 years experience OR MS + 6-8 years.
• Progressive experience in software development, engineering, or IT, with at least 3-5 years specifically in an architectural or lead technical design role.
• Full SDLC involvement experience across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Diverse technical exposure to various technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
