Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique situation and formulate personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a compassionate and effective approach to therapy.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peers, to design a comprehensive treatment plan aimed at addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continued professional development by attending workshops, training, and staying current with mental health research to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with individuals and families who have historically had limited access to mental health care. This diverse patient demographic may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field with a strong academic foundation in mental health practices.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or community setting, with exposure to a range of mental health disorders.

• Proven ability to apply therapeutic best practices while maintaining high ethical standards and respecting client privacy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and establish trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies to document client progress efficiently.

• Competitive salary range between USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
