Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students in pursuit of their clinical licensure or Master's degrees, guiding their educational and experiential development.

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, always aiming to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure clients receive holistic, integrated care tailored to their unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting therapeutic techniques as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

• Stay current with the latest research, therapeutic methodologies, and advancements in mental health practices to continuously enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a varied client base, working primarily with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By leveraging evidence-based practices and personalized care strategies, you will play a pivotal role in improving client mental health outcomes and supporting their journey toward self-discovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred.

• A valid state license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or LCSW-R.

• Current professional liability insurance.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
