We are supporting our financial services partner with their search for a Customer Operations Rep! Responsibilities:

• Conduct Claims Investigations: Execute prompt, objective, and thorough investigations using proper resources and ensuring decisions align with company standards of fairness and reasonableness.
• Ensure Regulatory and Policy Compliance: Apply working knowledge of policy provisions, exclusions, and state regulations, collaborating with legal and medical teams.
• Gather Information and Communicate Decisions: Research claims via phone and email with internal and external parties, and clearly document and communicate claim statuses and decisions to all.

What You Will Bring:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably insurance related.
• Proficient in multiple software systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or similar.
• Ability to pivot quickly to attend to priority items.
