Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Regularly evaluate client progress through systematic follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to report on patient progress, challenges, and other concerns that might affect treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical notes and progress updates in compliance with clinic policies and legal requirements.

• Implement education and training initiatives to inform clients about mental health issues and effective coping mechanisms, promoting self-management and empowerment.

Qualifications\n
