What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll build long-term relationships with members while providing outstanding service throughout their experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and onboard new members through virtual Zoom and phone appointments.

• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.

• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

• Assess client needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.

• Answer client questions and provide ongoing customer support.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

Experience in customer service, client success, customer support, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, insurance, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
