Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth. What’s a typical day as Operations Compliance Partner? You’ll be: Serving as the subject matter expert for I-9 compliance, employment eligibility verification, and federal employment authorization requirements. Ensuring compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and audit standards while maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation. Proactively reviewing and resolving I-9 discrepancies, identifying compliance risks, and escalating issues as needed. Managing compliance cases for out-of-compliance employees, including suspension and reinstatement processes. Partnering with HR Business Partners, managers, Legal, and business leaders to drive the timely resolution of compliance issues and performing administrative follow-up. Supporting employment authorization, visa-sponsored employees, international hires, and cross-border transfers in partnership with Global Mobility. Providing bilingual English/Spanish support to candidates, employees, and business partners. Identifying process improvements, maintaining compliance procedures, and supporting regulatory and internal audits. This job might be an outstanding fit if you Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Bring 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Compliance, or Global Mobility. Possess experience with I-9 administration, E-Verify, employment authorization, and immigration compliance. Have experience supporting visa-sponsored employees and international hiring (preferred). Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Are familiar with Workday, I-9 systems, and similar HR platforms (preferred). Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Can manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
