Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Cherry Blossum Care Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique background, strengths, and challenges.

• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment is aligned with client goals.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress efficiently.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for patients.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through regular case consultations, peer reviews, and training to enhance your therapeutic skills and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical or outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community health clinic settings or with underserved populations is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology will also be advantageous as we continue to expand our telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
