Travel Registered Nurse OB GYN Job

Overview
Registered Nurse – OB/GYN position in Tillamook, Oregon. This travel, temporary assignment begins on 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $2,166–$2,318 and guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shifts are night shifts (3x12 hours) from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM at a rural, 25-bed critical access hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric and gynecologic patients following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient data, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with the care team to achieve outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff; collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other disciplines.
- Document care and interventions in the electronic medical record (EPIC); participate in discharge planning and patient/family education.
- Maintain a safe, healing environment; identify changes in patient condition and escalate as needed; delegate appropriately.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice (Oregon) required.
- BSN preferred.
- At least two years of recent experience in the field.
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and INTFETAL required.
- EPIC experience required.
- Ability to work in a rural, acute care, critical access hospital setting.
