Project Manager

Minutemen Direct is recruiting for a Traveling Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial flat roofing and roof restoration projects. These projects will be across multiple states so you must be willing to travel. This position will require strong leadership, accountability, and strong financial management skills. Pay is $90K-$120K BOE. Responsibilities Manage multiple flat roofing and SMARTCOAT restoration projects Oversee foremen and field crews Control project budgets and protect profit margins Create and manage project schedules Coordinate material ordering and jobsite logistics Ensure installation meets manufacturer specifications Conduct quality control inspections Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Manage change orders and billing documentation Complete project closeout and warranty documentation Qualifications 5+ years experience in commercial flat roofing Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen and coating systems Experience managing multi-state projects preferred Strong budgeting and cost-control ability Ability to travel extensively OSHA 30 preferred Strong leadership and accountability mindset 401K Paid time off Strong performance bonus Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Please send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io or call me to discuss at View phone number on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Minutemen Direct
