Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to evaluate the mental health status of clients, analyzing symptoms and biopsychosocial factors influencing well-being.

  Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and cultural competence.

  Provide therapeutic interventions, utilizing both individual and group therapy formats, and deliver ongoing support to clients as they navigate through their challenges.

  Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental relationship conducive to healing.

  Refer clients to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or community resources, when additional support or services are needed.

  Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation through our EHR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of clients dealing with varied mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. The ability to connect with each individual, recognizing their unique backgrounds and experiences, is essential in effectively delivering culturally competent care. You will also offer crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress.

  Must hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

  Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling.

  Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 may be available.
