Operating remotely from the comfort of your own home, you will engage with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoughtfully evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that not only address their immediate needs but also align with their long-term mental health goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mood disorders, applying techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families concerning mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care, fostering empowerment and understanding.

• Utilize tracking methods and tools to monitor client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals in an integrative manner to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Remain informed about the latest research and therapeutic advancements in mood disorders to refine and enhance treatment methodologies continuously.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
