Our product portfolio includes XLR, power, speaker, data, BNC, and specialty connectors, along with patch panels and solutions for industrial applications.The Finance Director provides strategic and operational financial leadership for Neutrik Americas (NAM). Reporting to executive leadership, this role oversees all aspects of finance, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial governance. We offer a collaborative, international work environment where employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact.Our comprehensive benefits package includes:Competitive salary of $170,000 annually with bonus potentialHealth & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision coverage to keep you and your family supportedFuture Security: 401(k) with employer match plus life and disability insuranceFlexible Benefits: Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Time to Recharge: Generous paid time off and a culture that respects work-life balanceGrowth & Development: Opportunities to learn, lead, and grow within a global organizationWe believe success is achieved together and foster an environment where employees are empowered to learn, innovate, and contribute.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic business partner to the NAM VP and leadership team, providing financial insights that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.Lead financial analysis and decision support for pricing, investments, organizational changes, and other strategic initiatives.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, and company policies.Direct month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and annual reporting requirements.Oversee audits, tax compliance, treasury functions, insurance, and financial planning activities.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with Group requirements.Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.Ensure compliance with transfer pricing requirements and oversee annual transfer pricing studies.Provide financial leadership on tariffs, customs duties, and trade regulations, including impact assessments and mitigation strategies.Develop meaningful financial reporting and analysis to support sales, pricing, profitability, cash flow, and business performance.Assess financial risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation plans.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, insurers, and other key financial partners.Maintain finance processes, internal controls, and relevant ISO documentation.Analyze economic and market conditions and advise leadership on business impacts and opportunities.Lead and develop the Finance team to ensure strong performance and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior financial leadership within a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of accounting, financial planning, reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.Experience with SAP and financial reporting systems preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to executives and stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams.Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented.Neutrik is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
