Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ mental health issues, resources, and avenues for support.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate effective treatment solutions.

• Developing and managing individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress markers in collaboration with the client.

• Coordinating care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide an integrated and holistic approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for the position of Senior LCSW, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
