This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from the comfort of your own home while being equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in a telehealth setting. Our online platform facilitates seamless communication with clients and team members, ensuring effective collaboration regardless of your location. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs, promoting a balanced work-life approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather information about clients’ mental health background, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions and promote continuous improvement.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources to empower them in their journey toward recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
