Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to provide services through a telehealth platform. As part of the Rising Ground team, you will be provided with the tools and technology necessary to facilitate effective virtual counseling. Your schedule will primarily consist of sessions conducted Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to cater to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to devise custom treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities proven to be effective in treating mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
