Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, adapting to the unique psychological needs of each patient.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans in collaboration with patients.

• Maintain a detailed caseload of patients, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of treatment logs and progress reports.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support, utilizing advanced clinical skills to manage challenging situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is mandatory for this position.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000, with additional performance-based bonuses of up to $2,000.
