Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing meaningful rapport and professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, review upcoming appointments, and initiate discharge plans as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and determine individual service needs.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support client healing and growth.

• Engage in regular supervision to receive feedback and enhance therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care, collaborating with other healthcare providers to address client needs.

• Approach each case with a growth mindset, continually adapting and refining strategies for client success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse outpatient population, encompassing children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. We work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns, striving to provide each client with tailored interventions that foster their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology and computer software, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Capable of conducting thorough intake assessments to determine client needs.
