Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, considering their developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Prepare and submit documentation for each counseling session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols to maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, bringing insights and sharing best practices to enrich team discussions and contribute to a thriving work culture.

• Utilize innovative interventions and therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their personal goals, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Maintain a high proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems to streamline documentation and improve operational efficiency, with specific experience in Valant being advantageous.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds. You will provide care to clients facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Your adaptability and understanding will be crucial in addressing the unique needs of each client and fostering an inclusive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California is mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity for timely submission of documentation and updates on client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, employees benefit from:
