POSITION SUMMARY
The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings and travel for executives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare legal documents and communication; respond to requests for information. Act as a liaison between attorneys and executives. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. Record, type and distribute meeting minutes. Conduct research in areas of interest at the direction of the executives and provide a synopsis to the President to review. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Some access to filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend, stoop, stand, reach, or kneel as necessary. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machine.ALARY AND BENEFITS

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree and minimum of five (5) years of related work experience is required. Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative experience required. Previous invoice factoring and/or financial services experience a plus. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus with high standards of quality. High degree of self-discipline and motivation. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation. Strong sense of urgency, detail-orientation, excellent organizational and time management skills. Flexibility and collaboration skills. Strong analytical skills.
