My client, a well-established independent forklift hire and service company, is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join their busy team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in supporting both technicians and customers in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Processing and dispatching parts orders to technicians and customers
• Liaising with manufacturers to place and track orders
• Managing goods inwards, stock control, and inventory checks
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery
• Assisting with customer and technician queries (face-to-face and over the phone)

What we're looking for:

• Experience in construction, plant, agricultural, or automotive industries
• Mechanical understanding to accurately identify parts
• Strong attention to detail with excellent stock management skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
