We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join our team! Job Type: Full Time What You'll Do The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. This role requires collaboration with members of the sales, marketing, finance, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professional customer service, meet deadlines, work effectively in a challenging environment and be willing to go the extra mile. You will: Foster and maintain excellent working relationships internally with estimating and outside sales representatives Assign jobs in Eclipse to Estimators Keep a calendar of how many jobs each Estimator has for each day Collaborate with other Coordination Specialists for "out of territory" quotes Ensure effective communication throughout the projects team regarding upcoming bids Manage the Commercial Projects email inbox Assist with submittals and operation and maintenance manuals Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships Stay current with new product information and emerging technologies Distribute and maintain bid sheets Follow up on open and outstanding quotations with salespersons and customers to determine status Communicate with account representatives, account executives, and inside sales reps to ensure quotes and resulting orders are complete What You'll Bring Education and/or Experience: High School or GED Lighting experience is preferred but not required 1-2 years customer service experience - electrical/lighting industry preferred Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented and a great work ethic What We Offer You We offer great family‑friendly benefits to full‑time associates: Healthcare plans Dental & vision Paid time off Paid parental leave 401(k) retirement savings with company match Professional and personal development programs Tuition reimbursement Opportunity to become a shareholder Employer‑paid short‑ and long‑term disability Employer‑paid life insurance for spouse and dependents Robust wellness program Gym reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) We're proud to be a military‑friendly company, and our many employee resource groups (ERGs) help you make connections and feel supported.
